Approval of Unaudited Interim Financial Statements

During the meeting of the Board of Directors of TUM Finance p.l.c. (the “Company”) held today 29 August, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company approved the Company’s unaudited interim financial statements for the six-month period ended 30 June, 2022.
