Announcement of Board Meeting to approve Interim Financial Statements

 It is hereby announced that the Board of Directors of TUM Finance p.l.c. (the “Company”) is scheduled to meet on 17 August, 2021 to consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve, the Company’s interim financial statements for the six-month period ended 30 June, 2021.
