Market update relative to COVID-19

The Board of Directors of Tum Finance p.l.c. (the “Company”) would like to inform the Company’s bondholders that it is regularly assessing the possible impact of COVID-19 on the operations and performance of its subsidiaries Center Parc Holdings Ltd (C-72342) (“Center Parc”), operator of the Retail Hub (in Qormi), and Easysell Limited (C-9778) (“Easysell”), operator of the Zentrum Business Centre (Qormi). The said two properties operated by Center Parc and Easysell are currently 100% and 85% occupied respectively.

The Board acknowledges that the current unprecedented state of affairs is continuously evolving. With the support of management, the Board will continue to assess the impact of the spread of the pandemic and the repercussions thereof, with a view to assessing whether

any corrective action may be required with a view to mitigating, to the extent possible, the negative impact which the further spread of the epidemic may have on the Company and its subsidiaries, group employees, clients, tenants and, of course, Bondholders.

Bondholders will be informed without delay of any significant developments arising in connection with the above as and when they may arise.
